Our goal is to provide education and resources for those who are interested in green living and business practices. The group is also a platform for people to network with like-minded people and share ideas about being environmentally friendly. Since we believe everyone should have access to information and education, this is why we are not charging anyone who attends the events. We keep providing quality events by donations and sponsorships.
Some examples about what this green group cares about:
-Reducing, reusing and recycling (e.g. garage sales, events that share green tips and ideas)
-Sustainable technology (e.g. events with speakers talking about small-scale solar and alternative energy)
-Eco-friendly products and services
Being green is a win-win situation for both the environment and the human race. While we maintain the sustainability of resources for ourselves and the next generation, we are also saving money by being careful and smart about what we use and how we use our resources.
Meetings and events will be held mainly in Licking County and Franklin County, such as Newark and Columbus.

Hi, I am a volunteer for Ohioans for Humane Farms, I live in Granville and I am attempting to help coordinate signature collecting events in Licking County, for a ballot initiative to help end cruelty to animals on Ohio farms.
